Burren Outdoor Education Centre The Burren Outdoor Education Centre is situated amid curved limestone hills and provides quality outdoor education experiences to people of all ages. Programmes on offer allow vistors and students to explore the unique Burren landscape at first hand, to experience an array of challenging adventures, and to learn about the environment. Programmes can include any combination of activities such as caving, rock climbing, hill walking, kayaking, snorkelling and body boarding; and/or environmental studies. The unique landscape of the Burren makes it a perfect location for many types of practical fieldwork at all levels of education including specific projects for Leaving Certificate classes.
